Indicating Color(s)
Arrows can be used, but draw the arrows on a copy and be sure
indications are specific. To show us where you want the colors
placed, you can make a copy and color it in or use tracing
paper to make an overlay indicating color placement. |

Photocopies,
Business Cards,
Menus or Letterheads
Although these items are useable, they often require extra
work. Contrasting colors are the easiest to work with. It
is also advisable to provide the largest possible example
of your artwork or logo since detail may be lost over emphasized
with enlargements. |

Multiple colors EPS.:
Please send your art a True .EPS and not just a file with
a .EPS extension. Please take registration in consideration
when preparing art for spot color printing. These file should
include all fonts converted to paths and a separate file for
any imported or placed items.
Multiple colors Tiff.:
This is the preferred format, while also taking registration
into consideration.
Each color should be saved to its own file as a 1-Bit (if
no Halftone are used ) and as a Grey scale for photorealistic
type graphics.

Garmets
Garments can be provided as artwork. However,
fabrics stretch and shrink with time which can distort the
image. We will do the best we can to come as close to the
original as possible. |

Fax
A fax is a great tool to show us where you want items or send
us a rough sketch or ideas; however, it is often difficult
to use faxes as camera ready artwork due to the rough edges.
Faxes may distort the image's size and shape.

Freehand 8, Illustrator 7, CorelDRAW 8,
Bitmap Programs:
Photoshop, Photo paint, and Acrobat
Others: (Will accept but not recommend)
Word, Publisher, PageMaker, or Quark.
Any and all electronic mail should be accompanied by a fax
or Hard copy with all pertinent info including A subject that
matches you're your Work Order. |
